Favorite childhood books: Frog and Toad series, Sam and the Firefly, In a Dark, Dark Room and Other Scary Stories, and The Far Side.
Favorite Breakfast: Fried egg sandwich or French toast
Starting Point: Jon Klassen began writing in second grade. “I started drawing early on, but it was always go with the story. Even now, I don’t like drawing on its own. I like drawing for a story, but I never doodle.”
