36 public reservable Internet capable PC's. Internet PC's may be reserved online by phone, or in the library.
All reservable PC's are Internet capable and have Microsoft Word 2013, Microsoft Excel 2013, Microsoft PowerPoint 2013, Microsoft Publisher 2013, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Earth, Windows Media Player, Adobe Reader, Paint.net software installed.
Color printing is available at the Arlington, Coupeville, Edmonds, Freeland, Granite Falls, Lynnwood, Marysville, Mill Creek, Monroe, Mountlake Terrace, Mukilteo, Oak Harbor, Snohomish, Stanwood and Sultan Libraries. Customers have the option of printing in color, at a cost of 50 cents per page. Color prints are not included in the 70 free prints permitted to each registered card holder per week. However, all prints from Sno-Isle Libraries catalog and databases, including those done in color, are free. For more information see the FAQ.

Adaptive Equipment: Yes, assisted listening devices available. Please ask a staff member.
Copier/Scanner with USB: Black and white copies 10 cents per page, Color copies 50 cents per page, Scanner no charge. Coin operated only.
Fax Machine: Yes. Self-service kiosk. Using a debit/credit/FaxCash card (available for purchase at the library), follow basic instructions to SEND a fax. Costs for sending a domestic FAX are now $1.75 for the first page and $1.00 for each additional page. International FAXES are $3.95 for the first page and $3.45 for each additional page. Self-service fax machines are not able to receive a fax.
Vending Machine: Yes, machine sells cold drinks for $1.50 each. Pay with cash, credit or debit.
Public Phone: No.
Reader / Printer: Yes, microfilm and microfiche reader/printer.
Volunteering: Yes, ask at information desk.
Display / Bulletin Board Policies: There is a locked display case in the lobby that may be reserved in advance. Please inquire at the library directly to reserve. The following applies to reserving the display case. In keeping with the Monroe Library's role as a community resource center, posters and notices of community, non-profit events that promote cultural, intellectual, educational, or charitable activities may be posted in designated areas of the library, subject to the approval of the Managing Librarian.

Parking: There is a parking lot with 84 regular spaces plus four ADA space and two spaces for library use only in the service/delivery area. Additional parking is available on Village Way, the street in front of the library.
