I was visiting my granddaughters in Coupeville and stopped by the library. On two separate occasions, I watched the same young lady working at the front desk greet a special needs young man by name, sharing movie titles and conversation, and when she checked out a laptop to an older woman with mobility issues. The staff person walked the computer over to the lady's table and plugged it in for her into the floor outlet and got her all set up before going back to her desk. It was wonderful to see. My Michigan library could learn from this selfless behavior!
