Library computers with Internet access can be reserved online from home or at the library. If you need assistance with a reservation call your library directly.
You can reserve a PC for up to two hours per day. When you make a reservation, you can specify which type of computer you want. You have a variety of choices, including 30 minute, 60 minute, or two hour sessions.
If you cancel a reservation before the reservation takes effect, no daily time is lost. If you sign off during the session, you only lose the time already used. You are allowed a 5-minute grace period to sign in to your reserved PC. If you do not sign on within that time, the computer you have scheduled becomes available for another customer.
You can reserve a PC up to three days in advance.
You are not required to have a library card in order to use a PC, however, if you do not have a library card, you will be issued a guest pass. The guest pass is good for the day it is issued.
Minors utilizing a guest pass receive access to the library catalog and research databases only. Minors who have a parent's permission can have filtered internet access. Adults, 17 and older, can choose full access.
