The Catalog, My Account, and other areas of the Sno-Isle website may be down or have intermittent access from 6 p.m. Sunday evening, Aug. 2 for several hours due to a planned system upgrade. We appreciate your patience during this outage.
Casual amateur photography by customers and visitors is permitted in library facilities so long as additional equipment such as lighting is not used. Library management permission is required for commercial photography or videography, especially if the use of tripods, lights or other specialized equipment is planned.
Sno-Isle Libraries may photograph or videotape events and scenes within library buildings for publicity and promotional purposes. Please notify a staff member if you do not want us to photograph or videotape you or any child in your care. An announcement will be made at the start of any library event that will be photographed or recorded, providing an opportunity for anyone, not wishing to be photographed or captured on video, to notify staff or find other seating out of the camera’s view.
Sno-Isle Libraries employees will request signed photo releases from anyone whose image will be used for specific marketing purposes such as publicity brochures, billboards, advertising that we purchase.
In most cases, we will honor requests to remove someone's photo from the library website or social media.
