A screen and Wi-Fi are available at no charge. All other equipment must be provided by the meeting room user.
Public reservable Internet capable PCs with shared printers, including ADA computer. Pre-loaded Early Learning iPads for preschool age children, non-reservable Internet capable laptop PCs, and non-reservable catalog/database only PCs. All PCs can access the catalog for research and to place holds on Sno-Isle collections. Internet PCs may be reserved online or in the library.
All reservable PC's are Internet capable and have Microsoft Word 2013, Microsoft Excel 2013, Microsoft PowerPoint 2013, Microsoft Publisher 2013, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Earth, Windows Media Player, Adobe Reader, Paint.net software installed.
Color printing is available at the Arlington, Coupeville, Darrington, Edmonds, Freeland, Granite Falls, Lynnwood, Marysville, Mill Creek, Monroe, Mountlake Terrace, Mukilteo, Oak Harbor, Snohomish, Stanwood and Sultan Libraries. Customers have the option of printing in color, at a cost of 50¢ per page. Color prints are not included in the 70 free prints permitted to each registered card holder per week. However, all prints from Sno-Isle Libraries catalog and databases, including those done in color, are free. For more information see the FAQ.

Fax Machine: Yes. Self-service kiosk. Using a debit/credit/FaxCash card (available for purchase at the library), follow basic instructions to SEND a fax. Costs for sending a domestic fax are $1.75 for the first page and $1.00 per additional page. Self-service fax machines are not able to receive a fax.

Parking: Oak Harbor offers plenty of parking shared with the adjacent college, featuring 2 ADA spaces near front door, 10 spaces specifically marked 'Library', 4 fifteen minute spaces and 4 upper lot spaces marked 'Library Staff'. Parking lots are busy in the early evening at the beginning of each college quarter and during special college events.
